What this website is

Nothing on this site is a contract, a quote, an offer to contract, or professional engineering advice for your specific building. Roofing decisions should be made on the basis of an inspection of the actual roof.

Quotes, estimates and pricing figures

Cost figures shown on this site are published industry ranges, presented to give context on what commercial roofing typically costs. They are not quotes and they are not binding on us. Actual pricing for your building is provided only in a written quote following an on-site assessment.

A written quote is valid for the period stated on it, and is subject to conditions discovered during the work that were not reasonably discoverable during assessment.

Cited industry figures

Statistics on this site are attributed to their sources, including the National Roofing Contractors Association, the Cool Roof Rating Council and the California Energy Code, along with published industry cost and service life ranges. Those figures describe general industry conditions and are not guarantees of any particular outcome, cost, or service life on your building.

Regulatory requirements including the California Energy Code change over time. Requirements described here reflect our understanding at the date shown at the top of this page. Confirm current requirements with the authority having jurisdiction over your project.

Licensing
